MCU: M482ZGCAE
Set PA.12, PC.1, PB.2 as wake up source at Stand-by Power down mode.
PB.1 is wired to the analog signal.
Set MCU to SPD0, then Enter to Power-down mode. The measured current about 145uA.
When I remove the analog signal from PB.1, the measured current will down to 40uA.
Similarly, do not set PB.2 as the wake-up source, the measured current will down to 40uA.
I must sample the analog signal from PB.1. How can I do to reduce the current consumption?

Because PB.2 is set as the wake-up source, it will be pulled up to VDD.
If the analog signal has a different voltage level from VDD, it may cause leakage.

Hi chhuang16,
Is there any information about "PB.2 is set as the wake-up source, it will be pulled up to VDD" in TRM or datasheet? Thanks!

Hey Anthony,
GPIO_DISABLE_DIGITAL_PATH(PB, BIT2);

Hey Anthony,
Did you disable the digital path for PB.1?
Try this: GPIO_DISABLE_DIGITAL_PATH(PB, BIT1);

Hi DanChouZhou,
Before I ask the question, I have executed GPIO_DISABLE_DIGITAL_PATH(PB, BIT1);
