When cortex-M23 platform will be release?

Hi,
I find Nuvoton have world first M23 core MCU.
When will it release?
Is it possible pin to pin replace current NuMaker platform?

M23 core MCU will be released on 17Q4.
It's may not be pin to pin to replace current NuMaker platform.
