When booting from NAND flash, RTT cannot auto-mount SD0 (/mnt/sd0). But by plugging out/in the SD0 card, then the SD0 would be mounted again

RT-Thread DFS/Device initial stage ordering issue, it can't auto-mount at startup. We provided workaround by executing nu_sd_attach command to do S/W plug/unplug function.
