There is a NCT7717U thermal sensor on NuMaker-IoT-M467 board. NCT7717U is a high precision and low-power consumption thermal sensor IC.
In addition to the example code in M467 BSP, we also provide the example code on Mbed OS. You can simply import the example code from GitHub (https://github.com/morgan-du/NuMaker-NCT7717U-example) or from MbedOS (https://os.mbed.com/teams/Nuvoton/code/ ... U-example/) site.
