SPI flash for fast read quad I/O mode

1.continuous read
2.SPI I/F clock set to 18.75MHz
3.Enable Quad mode
4.Tx_BIT_LEN=32
5.Tx_NUM=4

Please note that the max clock of N9H30 SPI I/F is 18.75MHz
