Can Nuvoton provide the VID (0x0416) for customers?

The VID (0x0416) is licensed from USB-IF by Winbond. Nuvoton, a spin-out of Winbond Electronics’ Logic business group does not suggest that customers use the VID (0x0416) to design USB applications.
