Does ISP-ICP programmer support 76E003at20?

I have a Nuvoton ISP-ICP programmer. currently i don't get an option for chip 76E003 in the software version 7.15.

Chip Datasheet mentioned it supports ICP.
Is there any update for software in process??, since it supports similar chips with ICP

From documentation on the official website i found Nu-Link as a new hardware to upload code using ICP for the said chip..

Also does the chip comes with factory boot loaded LDROM for UART ISP??

Even ISP is not working using UART0.... Vcc /Gnd / Rx - Tx / Tx - Rx connected.... is there any requirement for Reset connection etc?
