Nuvoton provide new automotive microcontrollers NUC131. NUC131 is based on Arm® Cortex® M0 core, operating frequency up to 72 MHz. NUC131xU has passed AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certification. Suitable for body control, OBD, Rader or TPMS application.
