[NUC123] HID Touch Device

• Application: Demonstrate how to implement a USB HID touch device.

• Hardware: NuTiny-EVB-NUC123-LQFP64 v1.0

This example code implements a HID touch device with two contacts. It can simulate two contact input drawing two parallel lines.
