Isp by com port

Hi, I want to program n78e814as20 in isp by comport , but when I want to update chip, I face to this massege, "comport cannot be oppend" ,and when I press ok button and then show me, "cheap not ready" can you please help me? Thx....

Dear Sir,
First I need confirm with the ISP tool use now. and the boot code version of the ISP.
And the "comport cannot be oppend" not only cause by the boot code, maybe also need check the connection from the board to the computer, check the device manager for the com port information first.
