M261 series sample code usb hub issue

Hi
We have developed our project AWEW2020 using nuvoton M263KIAAE microcontroller
Our project involves
I2C eeprom, SPI flash, USB hub, USB flash drive, USB keyboard, Internal ADC, LCD 20x4, 7segment LED's, GPIO ,CAN , UART , RS232, RS485 etc
We have completed the project and development is completed almost and we have produced 50 numbers product
But now when i connect USB hub to my USB port , flash drive is working but keyboard is not working
Another thing is only a particular USB hub is working and others are not working
Because of this issue, we can't able to sell our product.
So please support in solving this issue
