No, simultaneous sampling of multiple channels are not supported by ADCs with the same module. However, the NuMicro? M0519 series supports two ADC modules that can simultaneously sample channels from different modules.

For example, in the NuMicro? M451 series:
When AVDD works at 4.5V ~ 5.5V, the maximum ADC clock frequency is up to 20 MHz, and it needs 20 ADC clocks to complete an A/D conversion. Thus, the minimum sampling frequency interval for each channel of the ADC is 1 uS.
